Exit of the church, with our guard of honour

Close-up on BF and me with our respective parents by our sides

And on the beach, ‘cos it’s a holiday…

And this is where we went for our pre-honeymoon. Three days of relaxing bliss. Real honeymoon in October, destination unknown. Well, to me. I sure hope the H knows 🙂 .

Many many thanks to everyone who came to be with us on this special day; and to those who sent their encouragements and good wishes!

  1. Incredible. Great. I was so sorry I couldn’t make it 🙁

  2. Congrats, Aliette!

Fabulous pictures. And he’s not the BF any longer!

  3. Congrats Aliette! That looks lovely. Sorry I couldn’t make it.

  4. Congratulations, Aliette! Thanks for sharing these wonderful pictures.

  5. Congratulations!!!!! I especially loved the guard of honor picture, but you look so beautiful in all of them, and you and the H (!) both look so happy…I really, really loved seeing these photos. *HUGS*

  6. Aw…. [insert female gushy-squealing in multiple frequencies]

You know, I think this is the first time I’ve seen a picture of Matthieu. He suits you 🙂

  7. Lovely pictures, Aliette. Can’t wait to see more. You look gorgeous in your wedding gown. Congratulations, once again.

  8. Wow, that’s a lot of swords 😉

    Many congrats!

  9. Thanks everyone! Jeff and Sara 🙁 You were missed.
Stephen: yes, he received an upgrade to H now 🙂
    Doug: you’re welcome!
Steph: the guard of honour was a nice bonus, to be sure 🙂 *hugsµ
Rochita: aw, thanks! So sorry you couldn’t make it, but definitely hope to see you soon.
Rob: you never know. There might be goblins lurking 🙂

  10. Lovely, lovely, lovely! Abd I’m so glad your veil and Matthieu’s cap survived the honor guard…

  11. Thanks, Floris!
I’m sad to say the veil didn’t survive the ceremony, though. It kept slipping out of my hair (not a surprise. I have fairly smooth hair, and most ornaments don’t stay put), so I put it away.

  12. Congratulations to you both!

  13. Thanks, Gary!
